Bay Qaida Mahwari

1) Agar Mahwari main Beqaidgi ( Irregularity )  ain iqsam ki ho to lady  doctor ko consult karna chahe
i ) Agar koe zahiri waja na ho aur khoon ka akhraj bohat zaida ho jae ya bohat kam.
ii) Aagar Hamal ho ya 2 mah mahwari na aye.
iii)Agar Mahwari k waqfay main b khoon ka akhraj ho

2) Chaker aur Kamzori  ( Feeling faint )
Agar chaker anay lagaen to aram kren khoob neendh pori Karen, zaida dair tak khari na rahen balkay zaida baithe rahen ya chalti phirti rahen.
Jab chaker ayen to baith jaen aur apna sir jhuka kar ghuntno main kar dain, jab tabyat behtar ho to thanda pani pee lain ya lait jaen, aur apnay pair kisi kursi ( chair ) par rakh lain  ya ghutnay pait k upper khench lain.

Tangain khol kar khari ho jaen aur bazo phaila kar shoulders k equal kar lain  kamar ko right side pa ghuka lain,   aur mezeed jhook kar right pair ko hath lagaen aur aisi tarha dosray pair ko ais excersise ko 10 dafa karen.

Phr waisay he khari ho jaen aur bazo (arms ) kandho ( shoulder ) ki satah par phala dain. Jisam aur bazo ko right side gumaen phr left side, ais amal ko 10 dafa karen.

Zameen par bait jaen tangein bilkul seedhi karen aur sath mila lain. Shoulders par hath rakhen phr feets ko hath lagnaay ki koshihs karen ye excersise 08 dafa karen.
Aik dewar k pas khari ho jaen approx 1.5 feet distance pa aik hath dewar pa rakh lian dosra hips pa phr hips ko dewar k kareeb tar lanay ki koshish karen, hath badal kar phr aisa karen. Dono taraf 5 5 marta karen.
