DYSMENORRHEA AND LEUCORRHEA (BACK PAIN)

3) Painkiller koi khaa leya karain din mai 1-2 times..kuch nai hota..

Apnii khoraak pey tawajuh dain... meat khaya karain aam routine mai egg bhee n aily 1 glass milk....

Fruit k juices and water 8glases takk min..okey

Vagina sy jo panii ata ha agar wo transparent haii n koi smell nai usmey tou ye normal ha... agr apko kharish etc bhee nai hotii
