Khusk Jild Ke Hifazat

Sardi ke mausam ke aamad ke sath he hont phatne lagte hain aur jild (skin) khushk ho jati hai. Aap khoob pani peete hain, magar is ke bawajood jism ki khushki door nahi hoti hai. Jin logon ki jild (skin) pehle he se khushk ho, un ke liye yeh mausam takleef dey hota hai. Jab ke chikni jild walon ke liye koi masla nhi hota.
Khushk jism walon ki jild mein khushki paida hojati hai aur creams ya lotion lagane se bhi farq nahi parhta, agar jild (skin) ki taraf tawajja na di jae to dryness mazeed barh jati hai aur shadeed khujli machne lagti hai.
Is soorat e haal se khauf zada hone ki zaroorat nahi hai. Hum zail mein aesi tadaberein darj kar rahe hain, jis par amal paira ho kar aap jismani dryness door kar sakte hain. Aap ki jild (skin) chikni, naram o mulaiym ho jaegi. Is mein andar aur bahar se ratobat paida ho jaegi.



Aap ki jild aap ki body ka sab se taweel aazoo hai, jo tezi se barhta hai. Chunache humen chahiye ke is ki taraf tawajja den aur ise nazar andaaz na karen. Insane jild aik jaandar aur saans leta hua aazoo hai, lehaza ise andar aur bahar dono taraf se sehatmand rakhna zaroori hai.



Apni body ki dryness ko khatam karne ke liye nariyal ka tel (coconut oil ) use karna zaroori hai, jo aasaani se dastiyab hai aur taqriban sab he creams aur lotions mien dala jata hai. Coconut oil mein unsaturated yani gher sair shuda chiknaai hoti hai. Sardi ke mausam mein jab chiknaai jild ke masamon se kharij ho jati hai to coconut oil is kami ko pora kar deta hai. Nariyal ka tel (Coconut oil) tadiye ko door karta aur skin par beroni taur par asar andaaz hone wale germs se bhi humen mehfooz rakhta hai.
Nariyal ka tel coconut oil mein vitamin E shamil hota hai. Jo skin ko sehatmand rakhta hai aur is ki afzaiysh karta hai. jild (Skin) par agar kharash parh jae to vitamin E ise mandmal kar deta hai. Chunache coconut oil lagane se aap ki skin mulaiym aur chikni rehti hai. Is mein aise proteins shamil hote hain, jin se skin ki bemariyon ke ilawa jhurriyan bhi kam ho jati hain, lehaza yeh bhurapey ki raftaar ko bhi kam karta hai.



Khuwateen makeup karte waqt nariyal ka tel (coconut oil) ko ibteda mein istemal kar sakti hain. Dryness door karne ke liye ise face aur hath pao par lagae. Jarhe ki shiddat mein jab sard hawa aap ko ziyada pareshan karti aur skin ko khurdura kar deti hai to raat ke waqt coconut oil sare jism par mull len. Subha baidaar hone par skin ka khurdurapan door ho chuka hota hai.
jild (Skin) aur body ki dryness door karne ke liye aap milk ki cream mein honey mila kar face par laga sakte hain. Face par lagane ke ilawa is aamaizey ko body ke khushk hisson par bhi lagaya ja sakta hai. Yeh skin mein chiknahat paida karne ke sath sath behtar taur par is ki safaai bhi karde ga.
Jin afraad ke ghar mein aloe vera ka pauda ho, wo us ka chota sa tukra kaat len aur is ka gooda nikaal kar face par mull len. Aloe vera jaraseem kash aur dafey afonat hai. Ise dry skin par lagane se yeh shikayat door ho jati hai. Ise istemal karne se skin par aik halki se hifazati tey jam jati hai.
Jarhon mein sir ke balon mein dryness paida ho jati hai. Sardiyon mein sir sab se ziyada mutassir hota hai. Sar ki khushki door karne ke liye koi acha sa shampoo khareed len aur use week mein 2 ya 3 baar istemal karen. Ghusal karne se pehle Nariyal Ka tel (coconut oil) laga len to behtar hoga. Is se balon ki chiknahat qaiym rahegi.
Sir ke balon mein gard o dhool jam jati hai, is liye inhe wash karna zaroori hai. Balon ko saaf suthra rakhne ke liye aap yeh amal dobara bhi kar sakte hain. Shampoo se nahane ke bad balon mein koi acha sa moisturizer laga lijiye. Moisturizer sirf balon mein lagaeye. Ise khopri tak na pohanchne dijiye.
Apne aap ko tar o taza rakhne aur skin ko dryness se bachane ke liye khoob pani piyen. Din mein 8 se 12 glass pani pina zaroori hai. Pani ki kami yani dehydration door karne ke liye is se acha aur koi tariqa nahi hai.
Baaz afraad ka khayal hai ke ghusal karne se pani ki kami door ho jati hai. Yeh mehaz khaam khayali hai, is se pani ki kami mein izafa ho jata hai aur skin pehle se ziyada dry ho jati hai.
Is ka yeh matlab nahi hai ke aap ghusal karna chor den. Safai ke liye ghusal beharhaal zaroori hai. Magar ghusal taiz garam pani se na kijiye. Is se pani ki kami mein izafa ho jaega aur skin bohat dry ho jaegi. Chunache is se ijtenaab kijiye. Ghusal ke bad nummi ki halat mein he moisturizer istemal kijiye. Ghusal ke bad jism ko towel se na ragrhen, bal ke thapthapa kar dry karen. Towel ko skin par rub karne se jild ki chiknahat khatam ho jati hai, jo ke nuqsan dey hai.
