Qabz ki Alamaat, Qabz ki Waja or Ilaj
Qabz se murad woh surat hal hoti hai jis mein khushk, sakht ajabat maamool se hat kar, kam taadad mein ya be qaidgi se dushwari, tkleef aur baaz auqaat dard ke sath ho. Aam tor par isay be zarar samjha jata hai lekin is baat ka imkan hota hai keh yeh koi poshidah kharabi ki alamat ho. Khas tor par in afrad men jo 40 saal se ziadha ke ho chuke hain.
Qabz ki Wajohat(Constipation Causes)
Qabz ki wajoohat amooman darj zel ho skti hain.
1. Hormone ke akhraj mein tbdeelyan jaisa keh hamal ke doran hoti hain.
2. Thyhayride ghizah ka zaroorat se kam fayal hona (Hypothyroidism)
3. Charb dar gosht dairy masnuaat buhat ziadah istemaal karne khanon mein sirkah, mirch, namak, masalah jat aur aluminum ki ziadti se bhi ajabat mein dushwari ho skti hai.
4. Khorak mein reshe, bhoosi chilke (fiber ki mqdar ka kam hona, ghair mutahrik tarz e zindagi, bawaseer mein shigaf (anal fissure) iron ki tablets ka istemaal.
5. Baaz ghizaon ki kami ya ziadti se bhi qabz ho skta hai, maslan kum pani pina ya siyal ghizaon ka kam istemaal, vitamin B6, B5 potassium, magnesium, aur jast ki kami se bhi qabz ki shikayat ho skti hai.
6. Agar ghiza ke istemaal mein koi ghalti nahi ki ja rahi hai to qabz ka sabab buhat tezi se nawala halaq se utarna, warzish se ji churana, tention, dimaghi uljhan, pareshani mayoosi, antibiotic dawaon ka istemaal qabz kusha dawaon ka aadi ho jana ya doctori noskhe ke be ghair farokht hone wali baaz makhsoos dawayein maslan khansi ke syrup se bhi qabz ho skta hai.
Qabz ki Alamaat (Constipation Symptoms)
1. Thakawat mehsoos hoti hai.
2. Matli mehsoos hoti hai.
3. Ajabat ke waqt dard
4. Wazan mein kami.
5. Zuban par papri jam jati hai, bhook ur jati hai.
6. Jo log qabz mein mubtila hote hain in mein amooman sar dard ki shikayat hoti hai.
7. Thakawat aur afsurdugi ka ahsaas hota hai aur in mein se beshter alamtein is wajah se samne aati hain keh motalqah fard ajabat na hone ke bais pareshan rehta
Qabz ka Ilaj (Constipation Treatment)
1. Qabz se bachne ya nijat ke liye aap apni ghiza mein desi cheezein ziadah shamil karein jin mein reshe ki mqdar ziadah hoti hai. Maslan badam, khushk injeer khushk khoobani khopre ka chura waghirah.
2. Pani ki mqdar barha dein. Pani kam pine se aantein bhi khushk ho jati hain aur fazle ko aagay ki taraf harkat karne mein dushwari hoti hai.
3. Saaf chane huye sufaid aatay ke bajaye woh aata istemaal karein jis mein bhoosi shamil ho.
4. Fruit aur vegetable ziadah istemaal karein agar mumkin hoto chilka samet kahyein.
5. Qabz torne ki khasoosyat ki hamil jri bootyon mein methi, chini aur marshmallow poday ki jarein amaltas (buck home) aur senna ki pattiyan shamil hain. In jari bootyon mein se har aik qabz kusha hai. Agar in mein se kisi aik ko istemaal karna hoto isay pani mein josh de kar din mein teen bar piyein.
6. Woh chach jis mein acidophilus nami sehat bakhsh jaraseem hote hain is ke istemaal se bhi aantein sehat mand rehti hain aur ajabat maamool ke mutabiq hoti hai.
7. Agar qabz ki shikayat purani ho aur kisi wajah se antibiotic dawayein bhi leni parein to is ke sath vitamin B capsule ka istemaal mufeed rehta hai khas tor par vitamin B se qabz door ho jata hai. Qabz rafa karne ke liye ispaghol ki bhoosi bhi istefada kia ja skta hai.
