Mint Benifit In Urdu
Podina(mint) sab se pehle Indonesia aur west Africa mein ugaya gia. Podinah(mint) khane ko khush zaiqa aur khushboo dar banane ke liye istemaal hota hai.
Podina ka mizaj garam hai aur podinah(mint) khas tor par nizam hazmah se mutalliq amraz mein mufeed hai. Ghiza ko aasani ke sath hazam kareta hai aur riyah ke akhraj mein madad karta hai. Bhook na lagne peit phoolne khatti dekarein aane aur matli o qai ke marizon ke liye faidah mand hai. Is mein aik roghan mojood hota hai jo haizah ke jaraseem par asar andaz hota hai. Yahi wajah hai keh jin dinon haizah ki waba phaili huyi ho podinah(mint) istemaal karna chahiye.
Podinah(mint) se taiyari ki huyi tea bari farhat bakhsh, hazim aur khushboodar hoti hai.
Podinah(mint) aap ke husn ka mahafiz bhi hai. Chehre ka daagh dhabbon, mahason aur zaid talon se nijat hasil karne ke liye podinah(mint), khalis sirkah ke sath pees kar chehre ke mutasirah moqamat par lep kia jata hai. Chand din ki pabndi se dagh dhabee door ho jate hain jild ki rungat saaf karne ke liye podine ko pani mein josh de kar is pani se nahane ka mashwarah bhi dia jata hai.
Podinah(mint) ki aik bari khoobi allergy ke khelaf is ka moassar hona hai. khasoosan allergy ki aik shadeed qisam shura (pitti uchalna) mein podinah(mint) ke patton ki chaye(tea) bana kar pilayi jati hai. jo jild ki jalan aur kharish ko rafa kar deti hai. Is gharz se podinah(mint) 10g taza patton ka, ½ cup arq e gulab mein mila kar pilaya jata hai.
Podinah(mint) mein keron ko halak karne wale ijza bhi paye jate hain. In par agar podinah(mint) ka tazah ras dala jaye to woh halak ho jate hai.
Podinah(mint) mukhtalif aqsaam ke zahar ka taryaaq bhi hai. khaas tor par bichoo, sheep, cat, aur rat wagirah ke katne par podinah(mint) ko pees kar lep kiye jane se is ka zehar khatam ho jata hai.
Haiz ko jari karne mein bhi podinah(mint) mufeed hai as liye elawa khawateen jo ayam ki tangi ya kami mein mubtila hon. Podinah(mint) ki tea ya taza ras istemaal kar ke is mushkil se chutkara hasil kar sakti hain.
Podinah(mint) ki aik munfarid khasyat yeh hai keh yeh khoon mein mojood fasid madon ko pasine ke zariye jism se kharij kar deta hai isi liye yarqan ki surat mein podinah(mint) ko khas tor par istemaal kar waya jata hai.
Podinah(mint) ko achi tarah pani se dho kar is ke patte alag kar liye jayein aur inhein saye mein khushk kar ne ke baad hathon se masal kar chura kar liye jaye. Jab bhi khana khayein is safoof ko salan par chirak lein mede ki jalan bhook ke waqt ya khane ke baad paida ho jati hai peit ke phoolne bad hazmi aur mede ki ibtidayi zakhmon ki surat mein yeh noskhah buhat mufeed hai.
Sonf aik chamchah khane ka, isi qdar podinah(mint) munaqqa 9 (seed nikal kar) do aalo bukhare 5 in ashya ko 1 ½ cup pani mein raat ke waqt sardi ke mosam mein is pani ko garam kar ke bhi piya ja skta hai. Aik baat ka kheyal rahe keh agar aap ko nazlah, zukam hai ya gala kharab hai to aap is noskha ko istemaal na kijye. Aadeh sar ka aisa dard ho jaye jo is ke sath matli aur qai bhi mehsoos ho to bhi yahi noskah mufeed hai. mazeed tehqeeq se pata chala hai keh podinah(mint) mein aasab ko sakoon puchane aur need lane wale ajza bhi mojood hain.
